Stretchtech joggers

Olive green quick dry cargo joggers from Target. They have deep pockets and a side pocket on the side of each leg that secures with Velcro. The waistband is thick and adjustable and the ankles are elastic. There is a small spot on the right leg (as pictured). They are made of a thin rain coat like material.
