@m1n1h0rse the fabrication is 24% spandex so it is extremely stretchy. The waist is approx. 26 inches and length is 20 inches. Let me know it you need any additional measurements.

@m1n1h0rse I am almost always a 27 in jeans so we sound like similar sizes. In addition, this skirt fabrication is so so stretchy, it should work. Holds everything in without muffin top. It is also high waisted so will sit around the belly button on the smaller part of your waist.
