Stretchy mesh top w/sleeve openings adjusted by the zippers. I had used it as a beach cover-up w/shorts or jeans. Could also be worn w/a tank top under it. Length: 25" from CBN. Length of Sleeves: 20". Bottom hem width: 16 1/2". Fabric Content: Unknown but very stretchy. I would suggest hand wash cold. All measurements are approx. It was a hard garment to measure.
