Strenesse Blue White Rain Poncho Size 8 Made in Germany This is a poncho so it does not have the typical sleeves that a jacket would have. Zips up the middle with dual zippers Drawstring for hood and around the waist for a snug or loose fit. Dual exterior zipper pockets 70% Polyamid/Nylon, 30% Polyester Nice upgrade over the cheaper ponchos that are mass produced. Feels more like a windbreaker than the typical poncho PreOwned in Like New condition. Does not appear to have been worn. The size tag has a spot on it possibly from a store sticker that was removed.
