Handmade strawberry shortcake tutu dress, great for birthday theme. The top is stretchy and lined, it’s non see through. There’s 2 layers, top layer are shiny tulles and glitters tulles. Glitters are pressed onto the tulles, does not fall off. This dress is size 1yr-2yr, length of 10inches from waistline down. Hand wash only.
