This is a kid size 3 Straw Painted Cowboy Hat, Comes with Nylon tassel strap around hat. This is a very nicely painted hat. Great western look. In Excellent Condition, very fine wear marks on hat not much. No other apparent defects. that i could see. All is good, item is acceptable as shown and for more cosmetic condition see pictures.
