Straw Cowboy Hat Llanero Hat Cattleman Crease Palm Leaf Red Tassel Size 6 7/8

This is a vintage cowboy hat / llanero hat. Brought home from South America by my uncle. I believe it was made from palm leaf. It features a Cattleman Crease (the oldest crease found in cowboy hats) The red tassel is suppose to symbolize something but I can not remember what. This hat has a nice substantial feel to it. Crown Height - 5" Brim - 3 1/2" Circumference (internal) - 21 1/2" Approximate size - 6 7/8
