The dress has a sailor style collar in front that has dainty hand-embroidered floral vines done in pink, blue and green. The front of the collar has a pre-tied white matching fabric bow. The back of the collar is split point style. The front of the dress has pleats at the chest that fall gently down the skirt. The short sleeves also have pleats, giving a tailored look.
