Precious Strasburg 3 Year short sleeve yellow and white seersucker dress with embroidered flowers at chest. Fully lined. 25 inches shoulder to hem. No stains noted. It is missing the top, covered button, however, there is a hidden snap at the neckline (see photo). Lovely Easter or spring dress!
