timelesslook @leighamurph however if your boobs go more to the side of the arm - I'd advise M just to prevent that side noob strap from falling to near boob - medium would have the triangle a little bit bigger - however that's only if you feel like boobs go rather out - as there's also some bust that just stay up then if that's more like yours small works too ;) hope I didn't cause confusion if I did let me know

timelesslook @leighamurph yes I'd advise you to choose medium for a comfortable fit -- with small I'd hate for you to receive and have the side strap of triangle (that should fall close to armpit- fall in boob - and triangles in medium are a bit wider compared to small - so I think you'd be better of with medium ;)
