Strappy cut-out little black fit-and-flare dress

This little dress from Banana Republic has a scoop neck and a gorgeous cut-out look in the back. It’s tough to see from pictures, but the straps make a V, and show shoulder blades when you take off your jacket or cardigan! It’s pretty short and a good skirt for twirling. The fabric is stretchy and the zipper down the side makes it pretty tight around the bust and waist. Great evening dress for summer.
