Strappy blue Tye dye dress

NWOT - This dress is so soft and comfortable!! It’s a cool dark blue and cream tie dye, almost looks like a washed out denim color. The straps hang from metal rings, super cute!! Size small. Plastic hanging strings are still intact. Hits right about mid thigh. Would be perfect for the beach or just hanging out!
