Strappy Vintage Mini Dress

Very, very good condition - especially considering that it is vintage! Black form fitting top with straps. The bottom half is adorable layers of material in black with white polka dots. These come together with a cute flowery decorative piece (could use to be fluffed or teased-out a bit). Size is Juniors 5-6 but since it is vintage it may run a little small. Measurements (as shown): across the chest is 15 1/2” and the length from the top of the strap to the longest piece of of the bottom of the dress is 34” (it flows down at an angle). Coming to you from a non-smoking home.
