Strapless tulip dress

Very flattering and head turning mini dress in good condition, by rue21. Sweetheart neckline. Bust has 4 flexible boning on the front and sides, is layered and the hems are eyelash style. Waist has a tie on the front left side, can be tied or not but doesn't adjust the waist. Tulip style skirt. Silver exposed zipper on the back. For reference, the mannequin's measurements are approximately: bust 40 inches, waist 32 inches, and hips 41 inches. The dress barely fit.
