Strapless teal striped Bebe dress

I absolutely love this dress and hate to let go of it. Wore once to a wedding, but sadly it’s too big on me now. Dry clean only. No pockets. Comes with belt. I’m 5’6 and it hits mid-thigh. Has some either deodorant or makeup markings that should come out. Price reflects. Otherwise no stains or rips
