Strapless summer dress!

(NWT) This dress is the perfect summer dress! The colors are vibrant and it's a great dress for a day at the beach or a night out for dinner. The fabric feels like a soft chiffon and the dress is lined perfectly. Sadly I cannot wear it because I'm too tall for it( 5'9"). 🚫NO TRADE🚫.
