Strapless smocked back maxi dress, M

A beautiful summer dress in light teal and white design. It can be worn strapless or has an option of tie back as a halter or around empire waist. Elastic smocked back has some minimal fraying of white thread. See photo. Bought as is and never worn. Flat measures: Length 50.25; top 14; empire waist 14.25 Keep in mind that due to elastic some measures are approximate. It is quite generous in the top, and too large for me.
