Excellent condition strapless mini dress with color changing sequins! The sequins are different colors or both sides so you can even adjust if you want more black or more silver sequins. Perfect dress for New Year’s Eve. Size small. I wear size 4 and this fits. I think it would fit a 0-4. Best for size 0-2. Invisible zip at the back.
