Strapless navy and white striped midi dress

No bra needed, top is padded. Adorable for the season. The tag is worn but it says size 1, and it fits true to size. Very comfy, breathable fabric. If it we're black instead of Navy, I'd keep it. Zips up back and has little eyelet hook. From top to hem measures 26" bust 18" waist all the way around measures 24 inches. I has loop holes for a belt, though when I bought it, it did not have one. This dress is in perfect condition. Make me an offer!
