Strapless multiprint Dress

Floral ruffle top of a cinched waist poly Dress. Bottom half is double lined, top is slightly sheer. Loops for a belt around the waist but I no longer have the braided belt that it originally came with. Main portion is geoprint. There is also a ruffle around the bottom.
