Strapless high low casual dress

Size small, fits true to size. Some loose threads but in good condition. Loose, flowy, patterned skirt. Black, padded, bustier style top. Back is smocked for better fit. Side zip closure. High low style, front hits above knee, back below knee. See photo of the dress on for reference.
