Strapless floral dress

Strapless dress with ruched bust, ruffled skirt and fitted bodice. Side zip, layer of no-slip along top of bust to keep in place. Above the knee length. Could add a petticoat under to fluff out the ruffles. Hard to tell in the pictures, but there is subtle shimmer in the pattern. Base color is dark navy, flowers are fuchsia, purple, turquoise and white.
