Strapless empire waist dress

Lined mini dress with empire waist style. Strapless with adorable buttons down the bust and elastic in the back to accommodate various sizes. The bust of the dress is lined to help the top stay in place and the bottom half is fully lined for extra coverage. Only worn a couple of times, excellent condition. Chest is stretchable up to 18” across. From top of dress to bottom is 25 1/2”
