Strapless, elastic mini dress or skirt

The waistband is highly elastic and could probably fit a range of sizes, but I wore this as a S-M. Used mostly as a skirt, but could also be minidress or a beach coverup. Red and white paisley printed with a bow detail at the waist/top. No tags to be found!
