Strapless dress that can convert into a maxi skirt.

This dress/skirt has the top portion made out of the stretchy material that you can use as a strapless dress and from the bottom of the breast down is made out of a non stretch cottom material. The dress.skirt is made of sections sawn together with v sections as shown in the pictures and a 3 1/2" wide crocheted lace in the same color as the dress. The front and back are the same. No zipper as you slide the dress over your head. The dress / skirt is a size Large. The top section is made in a way that you fold the top and make it into a skirt. The top strtched section measures 34" wide, but remenber it stretches, Top section is 8" long that comes under the breast. From there the dress opens to 38" wide and it flairs out to 52" inches. The lenght of the dress below the stretch section that would go in the breast area or waist is 37" inches to the longest sections. The dress is lined inside as far as the middle of the skirt section. The color is like a dusty green, light forest green.
