Strapless dress long abstract print blue white

Unique designed dress by a family member. Strapless with an open back, draping fabric. It is very long. Full length almost 55". Strap around bust is about 29". The fabric is soft and stretchy. Not sure of the blend, no fabric tag. Does have some pilling!!! There are very small belt loops, but they are placed low... so I use a chunky belt with it. Raw hem,so it could be shortened!! COMES WITH BELT TOO!!! 130
