Strapless dress

Has a black fine trip on top & bottom. Comes with ribbon belt. Lined on bottom. Zips down to about waist level, so need to be careful about true size. There is a pic with measuring tape. No stretch Waist 13 1/2” There is also a tiny flaw shown in pic 4
