kelson74 @abl14 oh my goodness! I am so sorry! Had a crazy busy weekend moving my daughter 7 hours away. No the top is not see through. The length from top to bottom is approximately 26” & waist is approximately 27” for what it is worth-this dress is stretchy! 😊
