Strapless cocktail dress

Modcloth exceptional attire A-line dress in dusty blue. This dress does have tabs to add straps, but the strap that came with the dress broke on first and only wear. So straps are NOT included, but you could certainly add some. Only worn once. There are a few spots on the fabric that appeared after I washed it. Not sure what they are but may come out. They aren't super noticeable when dress is on, see picture. Crochet lace overlay on the bodice. Back zip closure. There is some light built in boning and support in this dress. Skirt has several layers and a bit of volume. I loved how this covered up my belly area. Fabric does not have any stretch. It does have pockets as pictured on the model! I know the dress is not as new, so feel free to make an offer.
