Strapless canopy dress

Navy/white striped strapless dress with playful ocean motif, a few scattered seashells and 2 seahorses. It's mid-calf length, has pockets, and is 100% cotton. It's very roomy, somewhat tent-like, but very very cute! Never worn, I bought in smaller size.
