Strapless black dress with belt

This was my homecoming dress from my senior year. It's black with a decorative top half, the bottom is double layered with a black meshy lace with a pure black fabric under it. SIZE 13! I bought it from a girl for $85. I'd LIKE at least $25. Warning my clothes come from a house with dogs, a cat and a bird!
