Strapless black and white polkadot dress with flirty red trim by Ruby Rox size 9

This is a form fitting bouncy A-line shaped strapless polka dot party dress by Ruby Rox. It is size 9 with small white polka dots on a black background with a back zipper closure. It has red trim around the bust and a red satiny sash. What sets this dress apart is the crinoline (?) underskirt that peeks out below the hem. See photos for cleaning instructions. The measurements, taken with the dress lying flat, are: 33 1/2" from top of the bust line to the bottom front hem; 14" straight across the front top bust line, seam to seam: note that there are princess seams that shape the bust so this is not totally a flat measurement; 22 1/2" from the back waist line to the bottom back hem.
