Strapless beaded black cocktail dress.

This dress is jet black in color. Made from a fine worsted wool fabric. Very light weight and fully lined. This dress is fitted in the bodice and flares below the waist. It’s completely strapless and the straps you see are the laces used to hang the dress to keep the shape. Size 10 Anne Klein II the top is very fitted. Bottom flare is not. LENGTH from center bodice to hem is 31.5 inches.
