Strapless White EXPRESS Dress Size 12

Worn once. Soft thick material with a sheath underneath. Has a rubber like band across the chest to keep it from falling south. Has loops for bra straps but I don’t know where they are. I’m sure I have a set I can include. Has a back middle slit. Chest measures 16” across from armpit to armpit and length is 31” from the top of the chest.
