Strapless White Dress w/ Black Waistband

Worn once. Size 9/10. Accents bust well. Sheer type fabric on top that Ruffles (no creases). (No armpit stains- bc that's important with white) A small blemish near zipper-picture shown. It's on the inside so cannot be seen when worn (It was bought this way). It fits knee length on me but I'm 5'4"
