shelbylovstad @rachieb48 HI!!! When laying flat - the chest area is 14 1/2 inches, but it’s very stretchy and will give. The lower area tapers out a little bit near the bottom and measures from 23”-25” at very bottom... this material is not stretchy on bottom half. The overall length up and down is 24.5”. Hope this helps! Lol
