Strapless Short Sparkly Dress

This is a great dress for school dances or other special occasions. It is navy blue with silver sparkles and silver accents. It is strapless and fitted on the top and flowy on the bottom which is very flattering. There are silicone edges on the top to help it stay in place. This dress is a size 11.
