Strapless Sequined Homecoming/PROM Dress

This is a short dress, but it's very flattering and perfect for any formal event. The top is pure blue sequins, the middle features a silky waist cinch, and the bottom is a lovely tutu material with a lot of sparkles. This was only worn once. Purchased from Macy's. (SIZING SAYS 6 BUT IT IS ACTUALLY A 7, though it could most likely fit a 6, 7, or 8). Willing to negotiate.
