Strapless Ruffle Dress - UO

Gorgeous light pale blue and lavender (subtle striped design) strapless dress with ruffles. In excellent condition - I only wore it once to a wedding. It's a very beautiful unique number but I'm making room in my closet. Kimchi Blue brand from Urban Outfitters. Falls just above the knees.
