Strapless Peplum Top, Taupe with Black Polka Dots

I would describe the color as a light taupe, with black polka dots/back detail. The zipper is functional (not just for design). Open scoop back detail with black elastic straps. Worn once, still in new condition. This is size small from foreign exchange. Selling it because I don't want any strapless tops.
