Strapless Mint & Black Hi-Low Dress

Mint and black strapless hi-low dress from Windsor. Has a train that will drag maybe a few inches but definitely won't go past that if you are over 5'3. Has some makeup marks from tan lotion on the inside that are NOT VISIBLE when worn. I loved this dress it's perfect for any formal event.
