Strapless Flowy maxi dress with two leg slits on the sides. Elastic band to keep dress up. Belt can be worn in the front on the side (like pictured) or in the back of the dress. Slits come mid thigh on me (I am 5’5). Fabic is shear but comes with a built in poly slip around mid thigh length. Colors featured in dress are mainly navy with orange, white, and pink details. The chest piece triangle will be brown/tan with navy detailing.
