Strapless Knit Dress, Slinky Stretchy Lightweight Maxi Skirt & Pearl Necklace

(Accent on "slinky") It has a top band that could be flipped to be a waistband or a bust bandeau. It hangs loose from there. It's longer at the sides! You can really play with this. So many possibilities, style-wise. You can pick up those sides and wrap them around your body in so many ways. Two ways are shown, one on mannequin, one on model. Stated size is small, model is size 8. This has a LOT of stretch, so keep that in mind. It's flawless and looks like deadstock (that means mint condition) MEASUREMENTS....are going to be funky because they all depend on how you wear this! Upper band is 30" across unstretched and 4 1/2" wide what would be "waist", 8" down from seam: 36" It's 42" long in front 46" long at sides PS: almost forgot.
