Strapless Floral Tube Dress

Black, red and white floral print cocktail dress from Express. There is a banding/ lining around the inside of the top of the dress to help hold it up and a clasp and zipper down the left side of the dress. I originally bought it for a party, but wound up never wearing it and now it's a bit too big. The original tags are still on.
