Strapless Floral Dress from ASOS

This is a dress from ASOS (brand Oh My Love). Black and white, floral print, tulip shape dress (bottom half is kind of poofy). Sweetheart neckline. The material is not soft, it’s more on the stiffer side so the shape holds better. I would keep this but it doesn’t stay up well on my chest. It is marked a size XS. Would fit up to 32A I think (I wear 28/30A). Any bigger and the dress wouldn’t fit since it is not stretchy. For reference, I am 5’1 and wear XXS/XS.
