Strapless Dress - Floral Print - Fits like XS

This dress is so cute! It is very snug. It says Small, which I’m guessing is a Junior’s small? But I think it fits even smaller than that. Person in picture weighs 102 lbs, is 5’2 and bust is 32. Wearing a black halter under the dress in the picture. Has belt loops, but no belt. Came with detachable straps, but one loop is missing on the dress. I’ll send the straps too, in case you want to add a loop. Very cute and just sits in the closet. I’m sure it would love to be worn out.
