@aprylyoder it’s one size fits all.!I’m a medium and the top is to snug for me that’s why I’m selling it. It’s so pretty and wished this fit me. If your a small top it should be fine.

Hi The top of the dress measurements are 12 inches and is stretchy. The hip measurement is approximately 23 inches wide. At the bottom it measures 25 inches. The dress has stretch give to it. Hope this works for you.

The lowest I can do is drop the dress down to $16 the shipping is Poshmark. The dress is originally $29 and so pretty. It’s a good deal.
