Strapless Cut Out Bodycon Mini‎ Dress

XS Baby Blue Strapless O-Ring Cut Out Bodycon Mini Dress New without tags Beautiful form fitting strapless bodycon mini dress with a ruched tulle overlay. Two ruched cutouts in the front connected with brown marbled O-rings. The top of the dress has an elastic rubber lining to help keep the dress in place. Concealed zipper on back. The tulle is ruched along the back center seam and both side seams. This dress does have some stretch to it, but I would consider it to be minimal. Purchased around 2010-2012 for $200. Please see pictures for measurements. I cannot remember the brand name of this dress. Never got a chance to wear it, but all of the tags have been removed.
