Strapless Brown Dress w/ White Floral Pattern

Cute strapless brown cotton dress with all-over ivory floral pattern. Never been worn. Ivory piping at top edge of bust, elastic at back. Zipper closure. Has belt loops but there was no belt upon purchase. Length from top of bust to hem is 35 3/4" flat.
