Strapless Black dress

Brand & size tags have been cut out of dress, but fits like a size 4. Faux buttons on front. Lined with a bit of toulle at bottom to make skirt fuller. The very top layer of elastic on the back has stretched out as shown in picture 6. But picture 5 shows that it isn't visible when being worn.
